INJOINIC Pre-emptive Solutions for New Charger and Power Bank National Standards
25 Dec,2025
As soon as the new national standard for power banks was exposed, INJOINIC launched two pre-emptive solutions—Bluetooth connection and PD+VDM information interaction—covering entry-level to high-end power banks. These allow manufacturers to smoothly comply with new rules without overhauling existing platforms, and are fully compatible with mainstream USB C chargers and high-power devices like 300W chargers and desktop chargers.
PD+VDM Solution Upgrade: Intuitive Data Monitoring with POWER-Z Collaboration
Leveraging its mature experience in fast-charging protocol control and battery management, INJOINIC has upgraded the PD+VDM solution via cooperation with POWER-Z. Simply connect the POWER-Z KM003C tester to view key data (manufacturer info, SOC, voltage, current, temperature, cycle times, alarms) on the Battery Info interface—meeting new national standard requirements intuitively. With long-term iterations in fast-charging protocol control and battery management, INJOINIC has rich experience in compatibility, platform integration, and mass production stability — helping manufacturers avoid detours. Teaming up with POWER-Z, it upgraded the PD+VDM solution: connect a POWER-Z KM003C tester to view key data (manufacturer info, SOC, voltage, current, etc.) on the Battery Info interface, meeting new standards intuitively. This upgrade also enhances adaptability to various power supply scenarios, supporting integration with USB C chargers and 300W chargers for broader applications.
Cost-Effective Working Mechanism: Wide Compatibility for Multiple Scenarios
The solution boasts high cost-effectiveness: no extra Bluetooth chips or screens needed. It works by having AFE/fuel gauge chips collect real-time battery data, which the main control chip processes (SOC calculation, anomaly judgment) and stores in EEPROM (or via fuel gauge chip). Data is then reported via USB-C PD VDM for display on ATE/POWER-Z devices. The solution is highly cost-effective (no extra Bluetooth chips/screens). It works by: AFE/fuel gauge chips collecting real-time battery data, main control chip processing (SOC calculation, anomaly judgment) and storing in EEPROM, then data being reported via USB-C PD VDM to ATE/POWER-Z devices. Its compatibility with desktop chargers and high-power power supply systems makes it suitable for both consumer and industrial charging scenarios, pairing perfectly with 300W chargers and USB C chargers.
Verified Application & Synergy: Accelerating Compliant Product Launch
Currently verified on INJOINIC’s product line and adapted to POWER-Z, the solution supports devices like prototypes with INJOINIC IP2366. It covers critical new standard requirements (safety monitoring, traceability) for production inspections and after-sales. Additionally, it synergizes well with high-performancepower supply systems, laying groundwork for future charging tech advancements.Fully verified on INJOINIC’s product line and adapted to POWER-Z, the solution supports prototypes like those with INJOINIC IP2366.
