Infineon has recently launched 10 industrial-grade CoolGaN™ gallium nitride power devices, injecting new vitality into various application fields with their outstanding performance, especially showing prominent advantages in consumer power products such as type c wall charger, 100w charger and multi usb charger.
CoolGaN™ Series: Empowering Diverse Applications
Among them, the CoolGaN™ G3 series covers multiple voltage levels including 60V, 80V, 100V and 120V, and includes 40V bidirectional switch (BDS) devices. This series is not only suitable for motor drives, telecommunications equipment, data centers and solar energy systems, but also provides core support for the miniaturization and high-efficiency design of type c wall charger and multi usb charger, meeting the strict requirements for power performance in the consumer electronics field.
