Returns and Exchanges

Tommox produces all products with the best materials and components to ensure highest quality for our customers. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but we do have some policies in place. You will have 15 days to return or exchange the product after the date you received the product as verified by the the shipping carrier.

Product must also be unused or non-corrupt, in the same condition that you received it. If this condition is not met and still returned, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee.

Third Party Retail Partners

If it is a product bought at one of our partner retailers, please contact them for returns. However, if it is a warranty issue, you can contact us as well for help. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
